How to Link

A link is a word, group of words, or image that you can click on to go to a new page or a new section within the current page. There are a couple of ways to add links to your posts or pages.

Creating Links:

  1. Highlight the text you want to link.
  2. Click the link button on the toolbar.

Linking a Page:

This can be done in many way but the easiest way I have found is by going to your appearance tab and clicking menu (this is where you can change the order of all your pages and add sub-pages).

  1. Click Appearance
  2. Click Menus
  3. On the left hand side there is a “link” button
  4. Add the URL that you would like to be link this can be as simple as webpage or even a pdf file.
  5. Under Link Text write the new pages name.

To find out the pdf or image URL

  1. Add image or file to your media
  2. Once added click on the media and find desired file
  3. Open the file and on the right hand side you will see the file URL
